MCCOY'S FOOTBALL 3DTV PROMOTION – FULL ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is open to UK, CI, IoM and ROI residents aged 18 years+ only, excluding employees of United Biscuits (UK) Limited and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Internet access and purchase required.
  3. TO ENTER: Between 30th April 2012 and 22nd July 2012 purchase a pack of McCoy's with the football 3D TV promotional copy. Visit www.mccoys.co.uk/football3dtv and then enter the last 4 digits of the 13 digit barcode number and the pack time code from the back of your promotional pack plus your email address, full name, house name or number, postcode and phone number. Then vote Yes or No in the McCoy's weekly football related question to be entered into the daily prize draw.
  4. Please retain your pack as it will be needed to claim a prize. The exact winning code combination entered will be required for verification of all prizes and only football 3D TV promotional packs are eligible.
  5. Entries from third parties, syndicates or those regarded by the Promoter to be shared or guessed codes, will be disqualified.
  6. Daily draws: There will be 84 daily draws from 30th April 2012 to 22nd July 2012.
  7. Special extra draw: All entries received from 23rd July 2012 to 26th October 2012 will be entered into a special extra draw (see clause 12).
  8. Winners will be notified via email within 5 working days of the relevant draw date to the email address provided at the time of registration and will be told how to claim their prize and will include a unique reference number. Note: Prize claim will be subject to verification.
  9. Proof of identity, a print out of the winner notification email and winning promotional pack will be required for prize claim.
  10. The McCoy's football 3D TV promotion is available on promotional packs of McCoy's handy packs (50g), share bags (100g and 150g) or multi packs (6x32g).
  11. Prizes: 1 to be won per day. There are 84 x 37" Samsung LED 3D Smart TVs with 2 x 3D glasses plus a year's ESPN UK subscription to be won.
  12. For the Special Draw there will be 1 x 37" Samsung LED 3D Smart TVs with 2 x 3D glasses plus a year's ESPN UK subscription to be won.
  13. IMPORTANT: In order to provide a fair promotion for all consumers, the following restrictions will be strictly adhered to:
    1. Handy pack (50g) and share bag (100g and 150g): Maximum of 3 entries per person per day. The same 4 digit barcode and time code combination can be used a maximum of 5 times during the entire promotional period per person.
    2. Multi pack (6x32g): Maximum of 3 entries per person per day. The same 4 digit barcode and time code combination from the back of the 6pack outer can be used a maximum of 6 times during the entire promotional period per person (codes from the individual inner packs are not valid).
    3. Any entrant attempting to exceed their daily allowance in any way to enable multiple entries will be disqualified. Any attempts made by an entrant to change their contact details in order to exceed more than the allowable entries per person per day will result in disqualification.
    4. Only one prize can be won per household.
    5. Consumers who try to claim a prize by sending in a promotional pack for verification that has a different barcode and time code to that submitted at time of entry will have their prize claim disqualified.
  14. CLAIMING PRIZES:
    1. Prize winners must respond to winner notification email within 28 days of receipt of email by sending in their winning pack and print out of their winner notification email (ensuring name, unique reference number, house name/number, postcode are clearly legible) together with their proof of ID to:

      For ROI: McCoy's football 3D TV winner, Padraig MN, 40 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
    2. Withheld, unclaimed or unrewarded prizes will be awarded to an alternative valid entry drawn at the same time as the original . Winners of this draw will be notified within 28 days via email.
    3. If any winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts within 28 days from first attempting to do so, or after initial contact does not send in the appropriate details for verification within 14 days, or does not meet the verification criteria, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and withdraw the prize entitlement and it will be awarded to an alternate valid entry.
    4. If for any reason a prize winner is unable to print out their winner notification email they must clearly write their name, unique reference number (shown on the winner notification email) and full postal address including postcode in block capitals on a plain piece of paper and send that in with their winning pack and proof of ID.
    5. Proof of ID constitutes: a photocopy of a passport or driving licence. It must clearly show the same name and address that were submitted as part of the online promotion entry.
    6. Prize winners are recommended to send in their winning pack by Recorded Delivery as the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for claims which are lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
    7. Prizes will only be dispatched upon verification of winner identity and pack. All prizes will be delivered via courier to the full address provided at time of registration and will need to be signed for. Delivery dates will be agreed with the winners. In the event that a winner does not have Sky or a cable service, alternative arrangements for receiving ESPN UK will be discussed with the winner.
    8. Only football 3D TV promotional packs from the list of McCoy's packs in clause 9 above will be accepted. Packaging that is damaged, defaced, copied or defective in any way will not be accepted.
    9. Please allow up to 28 days from successful prize verification for receipt of prizes.
    10. If a prize claim is deemed to be invalid for any reason, the entrant will be notified via email. The entrant will be informed of the reason for their invalid prize claim and/or what further information may be required to verify their claim.
    11. Code sharing is not permitted and anyone suspected of sharing codes will be disqualified from the promotion.

    3. Store discount voucher entitles you to a 10% discount at Sportsdirect.com, Sports Direct stores, Lilywhites stores and Donnay stores only.
    4. Valid from 30th April 2012 to 31st October 2012.

    2. Once the winner has been verified, ESPN will contact the winner to arrange delivery and installation of the 12 month ESPN UK subscription. Prizes will only be approved upon verification of winner identity and pack. All prizes will be delivered via courier to the full address provided at time of registration and will need to be signed for. Delivery dates will be agreed with the winners.
    3. The ESPN UK subscription prize is available to new & existing ESPN UK customers on their existing TV platform in the UK, CI, IoM and ROI only. In the event that a winner does not have Sky or a cable service, alternative arrangements for receiving ESPN UK will be discussed with the winner, provided that ESPN shall not be liable for equipment or TV platform costs not directly attributable to an incremental subscription to the ESPN UK channel.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control and cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house or website service provider.   10. Only one entry per stamped postcard or envelope and only a maximum of 10 individual entries will be accepted throughout the promotion period. No bulk entries. No entries from consumer groups will be accepted.

  12. The winner will be notified via email or telephone provided on their entry within 28 days of the draw closing date.
